How it Works: A Theory stylist will consult with you to understand your fit, style preferences, and wardrobe needs. Your personalized edit is delivered via second-day service, allowing you five days to decide what to keep. If you choose to keep everything, your credit card will be automatically charged on the sixth day. Should you decide to return any items, they must be dropped off at your nearest Theory store or sent back postmarked by the fifth day to avoid charges.

This allows you to receive your purchases promptly and efficiently, directly to your
chosen location. Whether you’re ordering from our main site or through the Theory
Edit Program, we are committed to providing a swift and seamless delivery process to
enhance your shopping experience with us.
Theory will accept returns or exchange merchandise in
its original and unused condition, provided that all tags are attached and
accompanied by an original receipt within 30 days of purchase at any standalone
Theory US Outlet Store. Theory US Outlet store merchandise cannot be returned to
a Theory Full Price Retail location. Theory will issue a refund in the form and
amount tendered for the final transaction excluding cash purchases. Cash
purchases may only be returned for store credit. Gifts purchases at Theory US
outlet stores accompanied by a gift receipt may only be returned for a store
credit or exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase. Merchandise
purchased at a discount of 60% off or more, or labeled as Final Sale, may not be
returned, or exchanged. Merchandise bought on Theory.com cannot be returned at a
Theory US Outlet location. Please allow 7 business days for shipping transit
time.
