Leather Chelsea Bootie

Ossendrijver’s approach to the classic Chelsea boot is crafted in Italy with a neoprene gore for ease of wear, and a pointed toe with minimal stitching. This kitten-heeled style is constructed in smooth Italian calf leather with a subtle sheen and finished with a rubberized sole for a modern finish.

We are proud to use sustainable packaging for all of our footwear. The shoe box is made with cellulose sourced from responsibly managed forests. The black paper that wraps the box is composed of 30% recycled pulp and 25% leather by-product. All glue used in the box’s manufacturing process is water based and chemical free.

Informed by his Dutch upbringing and a deep appreciation of architecture, Paris-based fashion designer Lucas Ossendrijver has worked with some of the most influential European fashion houses. He brings his innovative construction techniques to Theory Project—a special collection that expands on Theory’s design codes. This fall, Ossendrijver brings another layer of purpose to the collection through functional and thoughtful details.
