What happens when I return an item?Members keep their existing benefits, so long as they do not fall below the threshold.

When do I reach Gold and Platinum status?Members must meet a minimum annual spend of $750 to reach Gold status and $1500 to reach Platinum status.

How long will I keep my status?Your status is valid through the end of the calendar year. If we have upgraded your status during the year, that status will be valid for the duration of that calendar year.

What do basic alterations cover?Shortening pants, skirts, dresses, and blazer sleeves (from the cuff only). We are unable to move buttons and zipper placements and make alterations to items in specialty fabrics such as suede and leather.
